PARK CITY, Utah (PRWEB) November 15, 2018 -- Landscope, an affiliate of Burbidge Investment Group, Inc., is the developer of the Shores at Stillwater and Village at The Shores, two highly successful developments in the Mayflower area of the Jordanelle. In partnership with Sundance Bay Capital, Landscope recently acquired 66 acres in the immediate Mayflower area. Landscope’s development will be a more affordable alternative to the Four- & Five-Star experience Mayflower Lakeside Resort intends to create, nonetheless in the Resort’s immediate proximity. With both condominiums (starting at $525,000) and attached town homes (starting at $700,000), quality will be of the highest level, coming standard with Viking appliances, solid granite counter tops, wood flooring, and other high-end finishes.
The total development will ultimately include 180 condominiums (12, 3-bedroom condos per building in 3 stories over secure parking), and 200 attached town homes (all with main floor master bedrooms and attached 2-car garages).
